Es perfecto, lo tiene todo. A 8 minutos a pie de Cala Canyelles, la mejor cala de Rosas y a 3 Km del centro de Roses. Barrio chic. PK para estacionar 1 coche. Sí WIFI. Gran piscina, 15/09 No 🏊‍♀️, terraza para comer bien 4 personas. Amplia zona comunitaria con salón de verano. Comunidad sólo para 16 apartamentos, por lo que es muy tranquila. 2 habitaciones para dormir cómodamente 4 personas. El sofá tiene una cama dentro. Dispone de lavaplatos, 2 neveras, cocina de gas, lavadora y secadora.

la casita de patio, es el resultado de un sueño. Situada junto a la piscina en el patio de la casa principal, consta de dos estancias. En la preciosa entrada se encuentra un inmenso vestidor. Desde ahi, accederás a un espacio diáfano en el que no encontrarás a faltar de nada. 2 terrazas para tu uso exclusivo La piscina, barbacoa, el solárium y el patio son compartidos con mi nieta y conmigo. En verano puede coincidir también mi familia, siempre con respeto a la privacidad de los huéspedes.

És a 5 minuts de la platja, ideal per passar uns dies de tranquilitat amb la família o amb amics, i amb un munt d'experiències per disfrutar de l'Alt Empordà.
