Stevin ranch se nalazi 2 km udaljen od granicnog prelaza prema evropskoj uniji, neposrednoj blizini planine Kozare i nacionalnog parka Mrakovica (20 km), manastira Mostanica ( 6 km) te banje Mljecanica ( 18 km). Ono sto nas izdvaja od ostalih, po cemu smo jedinstveni i poznati u ovom dijelu Bosne i Hercegovine je nasa farma jelena lopatara. Trenutno raspolažemo sa oko 50 grla. Pored njih, na nasem imanju gosti se mogu druziti sa evropskim jelenom, poni konjicima i kamerunskim patuljastim kozama.

Mein Haus befindet sich in der ruhige Lage vom Fluss Una. Der Platz ist von der Stadt 15 km entfernt. Die Fahrt bis zum Stadtzentrum dauert 15 Minuten. Das Haus ist perfekt für die Paare, die Familien und kleine Gruppen. Es ist mit allem, was man auch für den längeren Aufenthalt braucht, ausgestattet. Das Erdgeschoss enthielt die Eingangshalle, das Bad, die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und die Terrasse. In dem Dachgeschoss befindt sich das Schlafzimmer für drei Personen. Herzlich Willkommen !
