Our dog friendly, modern two bedroomed bungalow (next door to our family home) is situated on a country road. Two large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, one large bathroom. Large light open plan dining/living room with french doors onto the south facing, pet safe garden, equipped with patio area with seating. The kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces. Outside enjoy field views and meet our lovely animals.

Kitchenette with microwave, kettle,toaster ,fridge. , equiped with all utensils crockery etc. Milk, tea, and coffee, provided for the first night.Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Shower room with shaving point, hair dryer. This is a nice compact recently refurbished flat. Access by stairs .

Although situated in the main street in Polesworth it is quiet due to the additional insulation in both walls and glazing. The accommodation is situated ideally to explore the Midlands and is not far from Drayton Manor Themepark. Cleaned weekly by professional cleaners - more frequent cleans can be arranged.

Holmleigh Annex is in a small secured courtyard, 20 years ago being restored from ruins, into a beautiful barn, consisting of two double bedrooms, kitchen, large lounge, Large TVs in every room, bathroom, 2 outdoor seats . During your stay you will have access to the entire house, which includes a fully equipped kitchen and lounge with flat-screen TV. Self-check in is via a Keysafe.
