Porches on the front and back of the home. Large fenced-in yard. Large game barn in close proximity to house with ping pong table, cornhole, and dominoes table, etc.

There are trails for hiking and biking nearby and Lakes Sommerville/Fayetteville are a short drive. Only a 2-hour drive to Waco, San Antonio or New Braunfels if you want to day trip.
