It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Set in a quiet green city pocket, The Blue Gate is just mins from all the action historical Hobart has to offer. Around the corner you will find the famous Pigeon Hole Cafe and Sunday Growers Market. A further stroll will take you to the Salamanca Markets, Hobart’s waterfront, Mona ferry, cafes, bars and restaurants, and so much more. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Enjoy self check in, breathtaking city and river views , & walking to great coffee, green grocers, restaurants, bars, shopping & the Farm Gate Farmers Market in my street every Sunday. A haven for weary voyagers seeking refuge after a day of exploring and it is my home in between voyagers visits.

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.
