Midnight Sun Suite

Be my guest! I have a cozy little ground level suite in my home, that is available now and then when friends and family are not staying with me. You enter through a shared side garage door but have your own private space with the all the basics for a short or long visit! We are close enough to town to see it, but in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Your view may be wildflowers in the summer or on those special winter nights you may see the Northern Lights dancing outside your window!

Great for groups of friends, families, and business travelers. HRV (ventilation) is installed in this house so you can enjoy fresh air even in cold winter.

Alaskan Forest Retreat

Beautiful and spacious daylight basement unit in the hills in west Fairbanks. Just a short 10 minute drive from the airport, but it feels like you're away from it all. This unit is located in the downstairs of our home, so you may hear the occasional pitter patter of tiny feet upstairs. We recommend AWD vehicle for winter use. Alaska Garden Paradise

Located just 10 minutes from Downtown Fairbanks on the way to North Pole and less than 2 miles to the back gate of Ft. Wainwright. The Alaska Garden Paradise is a 384 square foot Studio apartment located in a private home in the Lakloey Hill area. There is a Private Entrance on the side and the room is soundproofed from the rest of the house.

Mountain View Suite

This suite has a million-acre view of the Tanana Valley including the Fairbanks skyline, the Alaska mountain range and Denali! The house is north of town in the hills with a sunny southern exposure. Located only 15 minutes from Fairbanks but is still far enough from town to be away from light pollution for viewing the beautiful Aurora.
