Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

Cozy Cazenovia Creek Cottage less than 2 miles into the village. This Fly Fisherman’s Cottage sits directly on Chittenango Creek! Chittenango Creek is known for its hiking, biking, and of course world renowned fishing! What used to be the original carriage house down from an 1890 Farm House has been transformed into a rustic space with original exposed beams yet clean and comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

A restful, peaceful, tranquil, fun, spacious, Post & Beam Cedar Log Home experience awaits you, family and friends. We now have new living room furniture, two bathrooms with showers and a 1/2 bath along with a 16x30 deck! Also, as of summer 2018, we have a better lakefront that's bigger, more private and has wildlife galore for you nature lovers. In 2019, we installed a 18x36 pool ready to go WEATHER PERMITTING by Memorial Day weekend!!!!

This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet.

You will never believe that we are located less than 10 minutes from Jamesville Reservoir and 15 mins to Downtown Syracuse.

Just off interstate 81 and a short drive to Syracuse, the Finger Lakes or Ithaca.
