You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. This is a quiet main floor apartment (491 sq. ft.) in a 4-plex located 1 mile from Mayo. It has a all of the cooking necessities needed to make your own meals. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. This unit is in an older house with radiator heat and a big front porch. The floors are squeaky in a few places. Since it is a 4plex you will hear some sounds from other guests but it is generally quiet. There is parking behind the house and a washer and dryer in the basement available to guests.

Lovely county home, on a horse farm, w/ 2 bedrooms

10 miles from Mayo Clinic, located on beautiful horse farm (with riding lessons available), huge backyard plenty of room for kids to run. This is a split entry house, so you’ll have a private entry with newly remodeled full kitchen, full bathroom with tub and shower, 2 bedrooms. Quite peaceful country living. All bedding is washed between guests including blankets. Carpets are vacuumed and hard wood floors washed. A clean living space for my guest is important!
