With ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Linnet Cottage is a pet friendly cottage situated on a small organic arable farm 10 minutes from Berwick-upon-Tweed. Linnet has great views out to open countryside. The garden is safe for pets and fully fenced. The cottage is a 15 minute drive to Cheswick Sands, one of the most stunning beaches in Northumberland. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring Alnwick, venturing to the Edinburgh Festival or visiting Holy Island. Our local pub is a 10 minute drive in Norham.

Eyemouth has plenty of activities including fishing, boat trips and diving. There is a leisure centre and amusement arcade with 10 pin bowling.
