Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat

The Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat is our second Airbnb in Pensacola. We enjoyed hosting so much that we bought a 1927 Tudor cottage in the East Hill area of Pensacola, renovated and decorated it with lighthouses from around the US featuring the Pensacola Lighthouse. The cottage is 1000 square feet with a modern floor plan in the living space with enough room for larger families or two families. Two bedrooms, one bath, and lots of outdoor space, including a shower will accommodate larger groups.

Take the kayaks to the bayou for a nice paddle where dolphins play. Screened porch for coffee, drinks or a meal outside. Edna’s Barn

Experience country charm in addition to convenient location- just 1.1 mile off interstate 10! Grocery stores and your favorite restaurants are also close by but you’ll get a good nights rest in this quiet neighborhood. It’s around 35 minutes drive to beaches depending on traffic. The barn was built in the eighties and housed chickens, rabbits and a cow but was repurposed as a dwelling in 2004. Completely modernized in 2022, you can enjoy a unique space with all the comforts of home!

You’ll find several locations outside the door on 12th Ave, including Jitterbug Coffee House, East Hill Pizza Company, J’s Bakery, Wisteria Bar & Publix. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood at night on the back deck. Just behind the house is ALGA Beer Company, a new local brewery, as well as Brown Bagger food truck, a gourmet hamburger outlet.

This home is an entire apartment in a duplex located in a cul-de-sac. UNIT NEXT DOOR IS AVAILABLE TOO. The apartment is recently renovated, clean, and cozy. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located to all the local attractions. We are about 7 miles from Pensacola Beach ($1 toll bridge) and beautiful white sand. The location is great between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach.
