Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, big bathtub, art, extra bedding, TV, library and washer.

Stay in our artist suite in the Sierra foothills. The space features a two-room guest suite, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a patio open to an oak meadow. Come to enjoy the calm tranquility of the countryside and listen to the waterfall and palm trees rustling. You are sure to have a restful night after a day of adventures! This is the place to relax, be in nature and/or visit the nearby historic towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Ananda Village, the West Coast Falconry, and numerous wineries. Do note that this guest house does NOT have a kitchen, only a small frig and a microwave and a hot plate on request.
