See 1-toaline korter asub Viljandi vanalinnas esimesel korrusel, 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Viljandi järvest. Lähim pood asub 400 meetri kaugusel. Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on 4 korterit ja peab arvestama ka naabritega. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkunurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Korter mahutab 2 külalist. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250 m). Korter asub tänava ääres.

Our place is located at the foot of the famous Toome hill where everything is very close (main square, shops, restaurants, parks etc). You can walk along the beautiful forest paths, experience a real sauna experience, chill out in the pond after that, and enjoy the beauty of the starry sky in the hot tub sauna. This is a place to really rest and relax. Booking the main house, a separate sauna house, and, by agreement, a barrel sauna is possible.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
