This is an older 1970s modular home. It is comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a family, group or couple exploring the area. The kitchen has updated appliances with a gas stove/oven, fridge w freezer and a table with seating for four (no dishwasher). As the description eludes to, this is a former grandmother residence.there is NO wifi. There is a baby pack-n-play in the back bedroom closet.
