There's an outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars, washer/dryer, and a sleep number mattress to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

Located on the "North End" of Carolina Beach, you'll be steps away (0.1 miles) from public beach access (listen for the waves!), an 8 minute (0.4 miles) walk to Freeman Park, and a 4 minute drive (1.3 miles) to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. A convenient location on the island for a relaxing day by the ocean and all of the restaurants, nightlife, family activities that CB has to offer.

The ottoman in the living area converts to a comfortable twin size bed. Everything that you need is available to enjoy the beach with the access being just a few steps away.

Enjoy meals, morning coffee, or evening drink of choice on the large, private, screened-in porch, while enjoying a nice view of the golf course and pond.

Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets.
