There is access to horse tails near by and walking distance from the cozy gem of a town. The lake is directly in front of the cabin and has public access right down the road. This is the perfect budget friendly get away for a family or a great place to lodge for hunting and fishing. Great in the summer and the winter! Enjoy the elegance of a timelessly beautiful era while staying in this National Register of Historic Places home. Also, the former hospital. This spacious 3rd level attic suite contains two large rooms (a bedroom and living space). The abundance of natural lighting, private porch, and private entrance (you will walk through host's kitchen) will make for a one-of-a-kind stay. The suite is located downtown within walking distance of great bars and restaurants. Note: There is a cat in the home.

This is a small space in a duplex home near downtown Brookings. It boasts a stand up washer and dryer, and a queen bed! The space is perfect for one person traveling, a couple or a couple of people coming to town to work. The second room has a twin in a very small space, should a second person want a bed or a third person possibly. Our hope is to offer an inexpensive location for people that are traveling to town, working temporarily in town, or need a quick stay on their way somewhere.
