Caretaker Cottage (2 bedrooms/1 bathroom) may be rented for an ADDITIONAL FEE if needed. The main home has Wi-Fi, cable TV, and billiard room complete with pool table and plenty of games. Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 15 minutes from more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Private tastings can be arranged. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. EV charging is available - additional fee. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.

Our house is not only suitable for family outings, but also for business trips. It is fully equipped to make you feel at home. Whether you are relaxing or working on a business trip, Within a 4- to 10-minute drive, there are shopping malls, shops, restaurants and conveniences of all sizes. It is only about a 3-minute drive from Folsom down town.
