De keuken is voorzien van 6 pitsgasfornuis, een grote oven, koel- en vrieskast, vaatwasser en div apparatuur. Het designbed staat in de woonkamer. Op uw prive-terras bevindt zich de buitendouche. Het luxe en stijlvolle verblijf ligt aan de Berkel in de historische Hanzestad Zutphen. Het is een heerlijke uitvalbasis om het hele jaar Zutphen en omgeving te verkennen. Het is slechts enkele minuten lopen naar de stad. Zutphen is een mooie stad met veel historische gebouwen met leuke winkels, musea en veel restaurants. Er zijn verschillende wandel/fiets routes. Zo kunt u het IJssel/ Berkel gebied, de bossen of Veluwe verkennen. Vanuit de achtertuin stap je zo op een sup of in een kano.

Houten huisje, gelegen in bosrijke omgeving

Een mooie, zelfgebouwde, blokhut, ingericht voor 2 personen. Het ligt in het Stavasterbos, een kleinschalig park, nabij Lochem. De blokhut heeft één 2 persoonskamer met een bed van 1.80 breed met 2 dekbedden. Het huisje heeft een tuin van circa 350 m2. Op het park is een bistro gelegen. Verder zijn er geen algemene voorzieningen. Het huisje is 3 km vanaf het centrum en ligt tegen een mooi bosgebied aan. Er is een klein schuurtje aanwezig om eventueel 2 fietsen in op te bergen.

The area is the largest nature area of north western Europe, called Veluwe, where you can get away from it all. The cabin is an old forest cabin turned into a comfortable suite. Due to its central location and easy access to the motorway network (6km), it is great for exploring The Netherlands (Utrecht, The Hague, Groningen, Amsterdam etc).

Sinds augustus 2021 is ons koetshuis omgebouwd tot Guesthouse! Het hosten van het eerste Guesthouse beviel zo goed dat we besloten er een tweede bij te zetten. Het huis staat vrij op ons terrein van 4,5 hectare. Het uitzicht is prachtig en kijkt uit op de weide. Het perceel heeft een grote zwemvijver met strand, een boomgaard met bloementuin, een veld met speeltoestellen en een weiland. Dit alles toegankelijk voor onze gasten. * Onze tuin is ook te boeken als shootlocatie

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.
