La Sandillita’s rustic cabin sits on 5 acres of riverfront on the west prong of the Frio River, 9 miles from Leakey, TX. The cozy cabin has a bunk room,a semi-private loft space with a queen bed,a futon, large couch,and blow up mattresses. Equipped with 2 Roku TVs, WiFi, and the basics. The kitchen essentials supplied and bed and bath linens are provided. If you love venturing off the beaten path, La Sandillita is the perfect spot to unplug, unwind,soak in the Frio, and enjoy nature!

The Little Blue Cabin is located in the rural countryside approximately 15 minutes from Leakey, Tx. If you're looking for a cozy peaceful place to stay, then this is it! We have a (semi) private river access that is aprox. 1/2 mile away, where you can park and enjoy the beautiful Frio! Garner State Park - 30 min Lost Maples SNA - 45 min Fredericksburg, Tx - 1.5hr

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

If you are looking for a peaceful weekend, this is your spot. You won't see many cars pass by on Ranch Road 336. You will see deer, cattle, birds and other wildlife. Star gazing at night is a treat! The property is 18 miles north of Leakey, so it is easy to get to the Frio River and find good places to eat or drive to one of the state parks nearby. Garner State Park and Los Maples are fun day trips.
