This charming cottage resides approximately 11 miles west of Portree 1 mile before the village of Edinbane. Minchview as the cottage is named ,sits overlooking the Loch and on a good day the island of Harris can be seen along with stunning views towards the bay at Edinbane. This cottage has been a family home for over 140 years and has just had some recent refurbishment whilst trying to retain the authentic character of a typical Skye cottage of this generation. All guests are welcomed warmly.

Fabulous self-catering apartment for 2 people (+1 small/medium sized dog). This 18th Century cow byre has been lovingly restored by the owners, retaining the original stone walls. An ideal space to get away from it all, enjoy peace and quiet in front of a wood-burning stove, whilst taking in the amazing views from Lochbay to the Outer Hebrides. The lodge is fully equipped with corner sofa, digital TV with DVD player, kitchenette (no cooking facilities except microwave), double bed (bedding included), electric heating, hot water, dining table and full bathroom with electric shower. There is a fire pit for guests outside (please supply your own firewood / kindling etc) The Wee Skye Lodge is 4 miles from Portree.

The house is a short walk from Lochbay Michelin star Restaurant and Stein Inn, and along the road from Skye Skyns and their yurt with coffee and home made cakes. It’s centrally situated for all of Skye’s iconic sights such as Storr, Quiraing, Fairy Pools and Fairy Glen.

Medowmore is our family home that has Been made into two. One which we live in and the other is self catering with 2 bedrooms that sleep 6 people. Medowmore is located on our family run croft with a horse and sheep . we are situated in Upper Edinbane in the north west of Skye, which is ideal for exploring the island. Edinbane village has a playpark, a local Inn and lodge.
