Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Wisteria Lodge, is an annex to our home, an ideal location for exploring the South Coast and nearby National Parks. It is self-contained with its own front door, fast wifi ,complementary bottle of Prosecco and sole use of the spa. An ideal base if you are working in the Chichester or Portsmouth area. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

A self-contained studio flat on the first floor of an oak-framed barn in the heart of Owslebury village, a stone’s throw from The Ship pub. It has a kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower, and a living space with a large double, or twin beds. The kitchen includes a two-ringed hob, fridge, combi-microwave,kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is off-road private parking just outside the property. EV charger - 22kW type 2 - available on request (extra charge for electricity used).

We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).
