Our home is about 6 blocks from Lake Huron and just minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, boat launches and more. Patti's Getaway is only: about 8 miles from Tawas Point State Park (good place to bird watch) , about 12 miles from Corsair Trails, about 15 miles form Iargo Springs and Lumbermen's Memorial, just to name a few places.

This newly renovated home, nestled perfectly on a privately owned property, within acres of northern land, is just minutes away from the public beaches and local attractions of the Tawas Bay Area, such as: marinas, fishing, parks, shopping/dining, across the road from miles of paved walking or biking along the Great Lake Shoreline. This spacious home offfers plenty of room for large groups, w/a large game room that includes pool/hockey tables and a dartboard.

Room for the whole family with three large bedrooms w/queen size beds and additional trundle beds.. Comfortable living room has a gas fireplace and attached game room with a card table and air hockey table. Outside has a private backyard patio, firepit, pond and plenty of wildlife… and less then five minutes from Lake Huron’s beaches and boat launches. Use of a heated in-ground fenced-in pool memorial day to labor day is not guaranteed. Pet friendly with an additional fee upon approval.

Walking distance to downtown, festivals, restaurants, brewery, beach, grocery store, marina and a short drive to Port Austin with many beaches on the way. Spacious property, small pets allowed, however yard is not fenced. Come spend Thumb Thyme in Caseville. ***No cleaning fees or pet fees!!***

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, not a party place. Built with many unique features: log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Our cabin has been in our family over 40 years, this is our first time hosting our beloved home. We hope you find it charming, comforting and a place to build beautiful memories. This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.

Public boat ramp in town right on 23 and plenty of room to park your boat in the driveway. We provide bed linens, bath linens and first cup of coffee
