Our home is located in a quiet street in East Tamworth and has just been completely renovated to provide a modern, stylish and comfortable retreat. Four generous bedrooms, all with built in robes, accommodate 2 guests each with 3 Queen and 1 Double bed. The master has a walk in robe with en-suite. There is a large lounge room as well as a second sitting room and a separate dining area. There is also a large undercover outdoor area with a BBQ and off street undercover parking for 2 cars.

Fully self contained unit on rural acreage only 15 mins from centre of Tamworth. Off street parking. Located away from main residence so privacy ensured. Main bedroom has a walk in robe. Spacious lounge room. A double sofa bed. 65 inch smart TV in lounge with foxtel. Main bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV. All kitchen facilities and a BBQ. Sofa bed is fixed as of 31/3/24. The North Stay has 3 x bedrooms with 1 x queen size bed in 2 rooms and 1 x double size bed in 1 room .all rooms has air conditioners same as the lounge room. all beds , mattresses , linens, pillows and lounge are brand new purchased in January 2024.
