Riverfront access is a short walk down the bluff, with great trout fishing at your fingertips. Multiple national forest access points are a very short drive, that have great recreation opportunities and even better views. Wildlife sightings are a regular occurrence, but do watch for animals on the road.

My neighbor's bedroom is only 40 feet away, so I will not accept any loud motorcycles.
