Ocean View is a modern well equipped house situated on 4 acres of rain forest, minutes walk from the beautiful surf beach at Eaglehawk Neck and the Tessellated Pavement. Stunning ocean and bush views, and a comfortable and peaceful environment ensure a relaxing stay. Tasman Council rules mean that we can accommodate a strict maximum of 4 guests at any one time. Infants are free but count as a guest. Please don’t book for four guests and then message requesting to have additional guests stay.

We are happy to offer our family beach front shack for you to enjoy. "Wee Doo" is situated on the beach at Pirates Bay, "Doo Town", Eaglehawk Neck. EHN is the gateway to the Tasman Peninsula, Port Arthur, The Tessalated pavement, Devils Kitchen and the Three Capes Walk to name just a few. Fishing, surfing, bush walking or just relaxing are some of the pastimes you can enjoy right on your door step. Private beach access Wee Doo is newly renovated and fully self contained.

Hide-away at this character-filled, 100-year-old cottage nestled in the sand dunes of picturesque Doo-Town. Overlooking the wild beauty of Pirates Bay and Descent Beach, this rustic waterfront retreat offers ocean views and the soothing sound of crashing waves. Full of imperfect charm and coastal character, it's the perfect romantic escape or peaceful get-away. Relax indoors by the fire or head out to explore the natural wonders of the Tasman Peninsula.

Winkle Shack - waterfront, wood fire, outdoor bath

In Tasmania, a shack can be anything from a corrugated iron lean-to, to an architect designed home. Our place falls somewhere in between, but we reckon it’s one of the best shacks in Tassie. In a sheltered, waterfront spot, it’s a classic little vertical board place built by a family in the 1960s as a get away from Hobart that we've kept improving over the years. This is our family get away, the place that our kids have grown up and memories built.
