The recently refurbished and modernised Ethel's Cottage is in an idyllic location, flanked by two rivers. This gate lodge cottage offers the perfect place to stay for a few nights or longer! Easily accessed from the A9 (on the NC500 route) and just a two-minute walk from a secluded beach and estuary with lots of short walks from the front door and plenty longer ones in the vicinity. Modern appliances and comfortable furnishings, the cottage has everything you will need for a relaxing break.

Polin Beach House is positioned on the hill overlooking spectacular Polin Beach. The house is decorated to a high standard in pastel colours with a nautical touch. Very homely and welcoming. We have something to suit all holiday makers from fishing for salmon or trout, hill walking, Fionaven, Arkle and Stack or just exploring our beaches not forgetting Sandwood Beach. Pony trekking, kayaking and sea angling are also worth a go. Locally caught seafood is served at our Hotels and Restaurants.

Berriscue House is a beautiful, bespoke cottage - located in the centre of Thurso, hidden away from the world with a large walled garden and private entrance. Five minute walk from the beach. A traditional croft house, lovingly refurbished, with beautiful uninterrupted views over Sangobeg beach (2-3 mins away) and the North Atlantic beyond. Cosy lounge with wood burning stove, 3 bdrms, 2 bthrms. The famous Smoo Cave and closest pub/restaurant are one mile away. Durness village hosts two shops, petrol station, and another pub/restaurant. Balnakeil Craft Village has local artists and businesses including a chocolatier, hairdresser, eatery, art galleries, and more.

Torran Cottage is nestled within a UNESCO World Heritage Site - The Flow Country! Whilst superbly modernised throughout, the cottage retains its original features, including wonderful flagstone flooring, deep-silled windows set into thick stone walls, and a large wood burner for cosy evenings. The views from the hot tub and gardens are unbelievable. Panoramic vistas look east to Morven and the Scarabens, south to Ben Klibreck and west to distant views of Ben Loyal and Ben Hope.

Raven Cottage

Raven Cottage is a charming listed property in the outstanding Scottish highlands. It is in the Hamlet of Oldshoremore which is 2 miles from Kinlochbervie. It is a short 10 minute walk to Oldshoremore beach & is close to the Sandwood Bay carpark. It is ideally located for the North Coast 500. Coastal Cottage with Spectacular Views

Old country cottage built in 1873 set in the small village of Melvich with amazing coastal views and breathtaking scenery. On the North Coast 500 route, this property offers an ideal location for exploring both Caithness and Sutherland. Melvich boasts a sandy beach within a 5 minute walk from the cottage. This property has a private and enclosed garden with private parking. There is an open fire in the living room which would be set by the host. Dog friendly, max 2 dogs.

This converted building in the picturesque village of Melvich has been recently renovated and has amazing sea views including the Orkney islands! Offering WiFi, television, and off-road parking for one car. Also, with the new addition of a woodburning stove, you will certainly not be cold! Ideally situated for exploring the north of Sutherland and Caithness, this area is popular for walking, fishing, surfing, golfing and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the area!

The Kylesku Kabin- luxurious wilderness

A luxuriously appointed property situated on the NC500 overlooking some of the most iconic mountains and sea lochs of Assynt. Kylesku Kabin has been fully renovated by acclaimed architect Helen Lucas and is owned by the previous owners of the nationally recognised multi-award winning Kylesku Hotel, which is within walking distance. The property features a luxurious spa bathroom, including steam room and inspirational open plan living space, designer kitchen and garden.

Mackenzie Cottage in Oldshoremore

Located in the quiet hamlet of Oldshoremore, with views to the Aisir Loch from the bedroom. Cosy studio style lounge with wood burning stove and well equipped kitchenette in the same room, 1 upstairs bedroom with stunning views, downstairs shower room and underfloor heating. Ceilings are low so over 6ft 2’’ so you’ll need to duck (although the full ceiling height is 6ft 8" allowing for some headspace), as you’d expect in a 1.5 story Croft House.
