There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Fishing, biking, rafting, BMX, hiking/mtb. trails, breweries, restaurants the list goes on, welcome to Durango. Large private outside area w/ dining table and grill.

This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.
