Jay Hut

Located in Turtle Mountain Provincial Park, our off-grid huts are a great base for adventurers of all ages and abilities year-round. Our huts pack a lot into their small 160 square foot footprint. They feature a modern design, with a wood burning stove, cooking area, eating and sleeping space and storage racks for your gear. Outside the huts there is a deck space, outdoor cooking area, and gear storage for your skis or bikes. Each hut also has it's own outhouse, picnic table and fire pit.

With a king bed in the main bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom plus full-size and twin pull out sofa beds in the livingroom, there is room for the whole family. You will be centrally located to local shops and services and equidistant from the Turtle Mountains, Lake Metigoshe, J. Clark Salyer Refuge, and miles of snowmobile, ATV, and hiking trails.

Enjoy a stay in a 1928 Sears and Roebuck home on a working ranch! Hunters have enjoyed this ranch since there's plenty of room for gear, and a place to clean game. Families love the space and the animals! We are located approximately 30 miles from the J. Clark Salyer Refuge, a bird lovers paradise; and approximately 60 miles from the International Peace Garden. A great space for family gatherings! If you need more space book the basement also, it is listed as the "LayZtee Addition".
