This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

The Place in Rye - Peaceful, spacious cottage

The Place in Rye is located in The Mint in the very centre of historic Rye, and sleeps 4. The newly renovated cottage has two light and airy bedrooms each with king size beds, ample storage space and their own luxury bathroom. There is a new fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room, WIFI, smart TV and small library. There is a peaceful sunny courtyard with outside seating for 4. There is a car park 50 meters from the cottage. Sorry we do not accept children under 12 and no pets.

Dungeness Eco Beach Retreat with Sea Views

The house is located just 300m from the beach and has great views of the Kent coast. Dungeness is a vast expanse of shingle that juts out into the English Channel. This dramatic coastal setting has the quality of wilderness and isolation. Dungeness is home to only 40 homes, two lighthouses with the Pilot restaurant nearby. Sunspot is heated by an air source heat pump. Solar panels and batteries give sunspot over 70% of its daily energy needs. Accommodating 6: 2 bedrooms and mezzanine twin

Beach Retreat, Lydd-on-Sea

Perfect family retreat to a quiet coastline. Recently renovated with stunning views across the English channel (you can see France on a clear day) and direct access on to the expansive shingle beach, or wait for the tide to go out to walk onto sand. Discover the old fishing huts, railway carriages and lighthouse. To the rear of the house is Dungeness nature reserve. The miniature RHDR railway passes along the rear of the property. Walking distance to the famous Pilot pub and Fish Shack.

This unique property sits behind one of Rye's most iconic High Street shops. Tucked behind the main drag this architecturally important building has been completely restored and renovated. Built in the 1760s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed space for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or just to relax.

A touch of serenity in Romney sands

Our 2018 Holiday home is situated within the Romney sands Park dean holiday resort, nestled between the RSPB Dungeness nature reserve and 7 miles of golden sand. Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. Open in season March - Oct. This area is a real hidden gem, somewhere to come and unwind. We love the calm relaxing atmosphere

Stunning 16th Century cottage which has been beautifully restored to an exceptionally high standard in the centre of Rye. Shops, restaurants and local pubs are 100 yards away and Camber Sands beach is 3 miles away. Perfect getaway for sight seeing in Rye, attending a wedding or a lazy day on the beach! Easy walk from the station and a short walk to the local play park and leisure centre. Private parking spot for the duration of your stay, which is a godsend in Rye!

Romantic Cottage near Kent Vineyards and Gardens

The barn is in the grounds of our 15th century house but nicely private. It’s decorated in modern rustic style, with underfloor heating and a wood burner. Outside is a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and stargazing before climbing into the king-size bed, dressed with soft Egyptian cotton. There's a walk-in rain shower and robes, books, DVDs, games, WiFi and a Smart TV. Tear yourself away to explore forests, gardens, vineyards, castles, and National Trust houses.

Unique 14th century house in the Citadel of Rye

Hucksteps is a medieval, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house centrally located in the Citadel of Rye. Facing St Mary’s Church, the house is surrounded by cobbled streets, period architecture, literary associations, stunning coastline, and vibrant culture. Camber's sandy beaches and dunes are an easy walk/cycle/drive away. A High Street full of independent shops, restaurants, inns, art galleries, Kino cinema, Rye Spa Retreat, tea rooms is round the cobbly corner.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

Dunes View is our lovely 4 bedroom Beach House, enjoying glorious, uninterrupted sea views from the living area and balcony and direct beach access. Perfect for families with kids, and anyone who loves fresh air, beach sports and Hot Tubs! Please note there is a £60 per stay cost to use the hot tub - this will be added to your bill after booking once we have received confirmation you wish to use this facility.
