Small room with single/trundle bed so can sleep 2. Either as 2 singles or 1 king size bed. Open kitchen/ sitting room with access to the garden:patio area. The dining table doubles as a full size pool table. It can also be used for table tennis. There is a small exercise room with weight bench & yoga mat.
