The open plan dining/living area has a woodburner and heat pump/air con. Modern kitchen, living area flows out to private garden /BBq area +outdoor fire, pizza oven. Downstairs 2 Queen bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and heatpump. Garage is NOT available for guest use. NB steep internal stairs for children

Cath and Al are kiwi locals having been born and brought up in this area and lived here all our lives. We are happy to give guests advice on where to visit and what to see. Our accommodation is located in a quiet peaceful location with bush and native birdsong on a ridge. There are breathtaking views across Sandy Bay, Marahau and Abel Tasman National Park from the apartment.

The master bedroom and en-suite in my home is set up as a private Airbnb room. It has its own car parking area, entrance door, and kitchenette. I live in the rest of the house. So its like staying in your own motel room but without that usual bland and touristy motel feeling.
