Welcome to your Saint Anthony Dunes Headquarters! You can head to the dunes 5 minutes from the house via Egin Lake access, ride 100s of off road trail miles to Island Park, or a day trip to Yellowstone National Park! We built this 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home as if it was our residence, with new central air conditioning w/UV filter, top quality furnishings, beds, linens, towels, Weber BBQ, dual fridges, custom cabinets and new appliances. Come kick back and relax in this new comfortable space. With five acres of fenced property bordering the forest, you have ample space to roam. This property is only half a mile from the Rail Trail, so bring your bikes, ATV's or UTV's and ride directly from the home. This property sits in close proximity to Harriman State Park, Mesa Falls and is 36 miles from Yellowstone. You can explore during the day and come back and enjoy a quiet evening around the firepit under the stars. *No Cleaning Fee*

Cordingleys' Cozy Cottage

The Cordingley Cabin is located just before the quaint town of Ashton, Idaho. Located within a mile is a grocery store, gas station, Dollar Store, multiple restaurants, and much more. The cottage has a rustic cabin feel with a spacious layout with room for one to five guests. Accommodations include a fully setup kitchen, WI-FI, Hulu, and Dish Network. The cottage is located 25 miles from Island Park, 55 miles from West Yellowstone, and 60 miles from Jackson Hole Wyoming. Kayak rentals next door.

Newly constructed modern lodge has soaring ceilings with 2 bedrooms, stone fireplace, walk-in shower, and stocked kitchen.

This quaint little house is a stones throw away from the Madison River. Perfect for the fisherman, this property also is a beautiful 35 minute drive from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The back deck is very private and provides a wonderful space to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The house has large windows overlooking the river and the Madison Range in the background. Perfect for watching nature, geese, eagles, otters and even ibis!

Escape to our romantic woodland retreat tucked away in the woods. Fire pit for hot dogs and s’mores, or fresh fish caught from the Island Park reservoir, which is a short walk from the cabin. It’s close to hiking, ATV trails, kayaking, boating and fishing. The cabin is about 25-30 minutes from the gates of West Yellowstone. The best part of your stay after an exhausting fun filled adventure, is the master bedroom, it has a comfortable Eastern King size bed for a good nights sleep.
