Our Self-Contained, private Granny Flat with Kitchenette style amenities is located on 1.5 acres with a friendly & welcoming family of 5 in the main house. Shared laundry & backyard facilities. Enjoy the pool, or chill by the outside fire. Let your child run free on the trampoline, swings, use of kids toys. We have 2 corgis, silkie chickens and a ragdoll cat that may bless you with their presence from time to time.

This stylish little Studio has a functional kitchen with a microwave oven, fridge, and cooktop. Included are some milk (750mls) and an assortment of cereals and snack items for you to enjoy. The ensuite includes a toilet, shower, vanity & shaving cabinet with shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. A study desk and TV with Apple TV are also included. The backyard is shared with the main house & will provide you access to the Studio. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Studio 20 - Dubbo

The studio is nestled on the outskirts of Dubbo, only a quick drive to the city centre and local attractions. This cosy 1 bedroom studio fitted with reverse A/C for your comfort, kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The king bed can be easily converted into 2 singles if required. Please let know if you would prefer 2 single beds. Portable cot available.
