We're close to multiple independent restaurants, & bars, shops, and beautiful Sloans Lake. And, we're a quick 20 minute drive to the foothills if you want to escape the city.

This area borders Empower Field at Mile High stadium, home of the Denver Broncos football team (less than 5 minute walk). The Children's Museum of Denver, the Downtown Aquarium, and the Platte River Trail. You will find plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance or stay in for a cozy night in the Mile High City.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
