This rustic and cozy two-story barn guesthouse with fireplace is located on four acres of a 1768 historic homestead right in Manchester Center. Enjoy the pond and mountain views from the bedroom and living room windows; the guesthouse faces a peaceful meadow and wildlife pond which abuts 70 acres of preserved land with hiking trails, yet it's also just steps from Main Street and all of the dining and shopping of Manchester Village.

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

There is a queen bed in the loft and a pull out queen sofa in the living area. Bright with high ceilings and all new furnishings. We are less than three miles from town, 20 minutes to Bromley and 25 minutes to Stratton. Close to hiking, biking, fishing, great restaurants and shopping. Our home is located in MT. Tabor, Vermont, just off of Route 7, in a country setting with beautiful Mountain views of the Green Mountain National Forest, Dorset and Danby Mountains. The house is an old barn converted into a beautiful spacious home, on 4 acres. Snowmobiling from our place, plus 4 major ski areas less than 30 miles away. Hiking, fishing, swimming, golfing, and the Equestrian horse show are all nearby. as well as shopping in nearby Manchester and Rutland Vermont.

Unique Vermont Barn Experience! 1880s restored barn on 2 acres in Manchester Village across from Southern Vermont Arts Center. Converted to a photo studio in 2004 when we moved from NY; spacious, comfortable, solar-powered, approx. 1 mile to Main St. (town roads, no sidewalk), close to shopping, restaurants, golf, hiking, skiing, etc. Beautiful views, Mount Equinox front, the Green Mountains back. New baths, a well appointed kitchen, large dining area, vaulted ceilings, large deck & marble patio w/ fire pit. Private setting surrounded by woods and quarry pond. The access is flat and off a paved road. 3 min to Dorset. 5 min to Manchester. 10 min to VT Horse Show. 15 min to Bromley. 25 min to Stratton.

The Barn, situated behind our house, is located just a few minutes walk to the center of Manchester. It is a studio setting with general living area on the main floor and a bedroom above in a loft. There is hot tub available to barn guest and a shared (with house) outdoor space. Very clean, very fun space with ample room, comfortable bedding. Perfect for two. (Note: Bedroom Loft is only accessible via a spiral staircase).
