Make your break simple in my calm, 2015 built, well insulated, warm holiday home, all on one level. A 5 minute walk into Dornoch with its stylish Scottish stone buildings, Cathedral, pubs, restaurants, cafes & gorgeous independent shops. Its one mile from the stunning beach and famous Royal Dornoch golf course. The house is our personal respite holiday home away from our Scottish Highlands rewilding croft 15 miles away. Dornoch has a special seaside micro climate and is always warmer than Muie!

The cottage sleeps two, in a cosy king-sized bed, with direct access to a shower room. Downstairs, there is an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining room with log stove and views to the loch. Dufftown is 3 miles, Keith is 8 miles and the village of Drummuir is 2.5 miles Wifi service is limited due to location

Easter Arr is a private house, in a beautiful, quiet, rural location, set in 3 acres of well maintained garden. We are centrally placed between Nairn and Forres, ideally situated for many tourist attractions & 3 Championship golf courses. It is equipped with a hair dryer, tea & coffee facilities, fridge, toaster and microwave. Suitable for double or single occupancy

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Shepherds Cottage, Dalmore Farm, Highland

Our cosy farm cottage is close to the busy town of Alness. The cottage is situated on the North Coast 500 route located 2 minutes off the main A9, yet offering a rural setting. We are walking distance to Dalmore Distillery. Dalmore is a working family farm in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. This cottage is ideal for couples and families with children. Fully fitted kitchen with dining/sitting area. 4G and WIFI all bedrooms have freeview tv. Anti Allergy bedding throughout.

The house has been recently refurbished with the finest luxury furnishings.

Rose Cottage, central, free parking

Rose Cottage is a spacious, modernised 2 bedroom cottage situated in a peaceful courtyard close to the river Ness and the city centre. Recently fully renovated it is bright with a contemporary style and some unique original features like stone mantled fireplaces. It is just five minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, art galleries, museums and the theatre. Inverness is a small city with canal and river walks and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

The Old Schoolhouse is the perfect base for fishing, hill-walking, mountain biking … or simply to relax and get away from it all!

The Coach House at Manse House

Make some memories at this unique and friendly place. Originally the Coach House of the 18th century listed Manse House, the property was sympathetically converted in 2004. The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain. It has great access to the main visitor attractions of the Eastern Highlands and makes a great place to relax or to use as a comfortable spot from which to explore the Highlands. Pets are welcome. Fishermans Cottage

Fishermans cottage is ideally located in a small village 5 minutes from Inverness, and has been renovated to the highest standard. It is a gorgeous cottage with wooden floors, quality furniture and a wood-burning stove. There are superb views over the Beauly Firth towards the mountains of the west coast. This is a great place for watching dolphins in the sea below - relax in the garden with your binoculars and a glass of wine!
