The home is also located close to BART for easy access to San Franciso and the greater Bay Area.

In Spring, Enjoy the garden with a Sunflower forest that you walk through to go to the water! Delta Garden is great for fishing even without a boat. The dock has a houseboat for your convenience to kick back and relax while enjoying nature and catching bluegill, large mouth bass, striper, catfish and sometimes....salmon and sturgeon.
