This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. With a modern kitchen, a breakfast bar, dishwasher and open planned living with a gas fire heater. A private balcony overlooks the harbour. There is an office space with Wi-Fi. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. A home away from home where we hope you leave relaxed and refreshed. Luxurious bedding and comfortable furnishings will leave you well rested. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and more. The home is filled with plants , books, games and sunshine and located beside the Crater Lakes walking/mountain bike trails. Please note there is only one bathroom and the toilet is in the bathroom.

The Tawarri Studio is a beautiful lime stone studio apartment. It has one spacious living area with a lofty vaulted ceiling with a luxury bathroom attached. The Studio is well appointed with aircon, kitchenette, TV, and is nestled on an acre of bushland garden that it shares with the main house. It’s a stone's throw from the Glenelg river, the Lower Glenelg National Park, And the pristine beaches of Discovery Bay. Note - we are currently unable to provide linen for our guests. Apologies.

The Black Horse Inn - Coleraine

Built c 1854 as a coaching station, an addition was built in c1876 - this section is now available for guests. The apartment sleeps up to 4 adults with a queen sized bed in a separate bedroom, as well as a very comfortable queen sized sofa bed in the huge lounge area. There is a fully equipped kitchen also full separate laundry. There is an electric 'log fire' heater as well as split systems in both the lounge and bedroom. Free wifi and built-in USB charger.

"Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.

River 2C, Scenic views & close to facilities

River 2C is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, home with an amazing outlook over the estuary & Glenelg River. Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .

Emerald Hill Cottage

Emerald Hill Cottage is a comfortable self contained, self catered cottage set in acreage surrounded by fruit trees, vegy patch and gardens. There are free range Guinea fowl and chickens. Set well back from Port Fairy road (200m) and beside hosts, Pete and Bronwyn's main homestead. Pete and Bron are not always on site so you are bound to have some quiet times where you are free to enjoy your surroundings.
