The 2nd floor home will NOT be occupied during your stay; just maintenance and cleaning staff.

Our 3 bedroom listing has an additional guest fee after the first 2 guests on the reservation. This fee covers the additional housekeeping of bedrooms, linens, and towels needed for larger groups.
