This home has 4 bedrooms with 2.5bath with 2 king beds. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for both short term and long term stays. The home has 2 4K tv's with Netflix and high speed internet. Coffee machine, bread toaster all basic kitchen supplies, office table,4' Air hockey machine.

Denton House (downstairs only)

Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very close to Texas Woman's University, and only a short drive from downtown, Loop 288, and the University of North Texas. We also offer weekly and monthly discounts during certain parts of the year. Our house backs into a beautiful city park that has tennis & basketball courts and a playground. (There is a fence between us and the park, and we have not put in a gate yet, so you will still walk from the street to reach the park.)
