Located on the banks of the Derwent it's exceptionally placed to walk by the river to Derby cathedral. A stand-alone, single level contemporary property in a garden setting built in 2016. Located in a peaceful rural area, 6 miles north of Derby or 12 miles to the west of Nottingham, the property is ideal for two people however it can accommodate up to four sleeping.
