We considered every detail when building our new tranquil getaway. Experience farm living where the road ends on Roger's Mesa. A fully outfitted space awaits with an open concept kitchen/living room, king bedroom, queen bedroom and full bathroom. Enjoy onsite hiking, serenity of the private spring-fed pond, and coexist with farm animals, all while taking in big West Elk Mountain views- especially from your patio. Easy access to wineries (1 down the street), local hiking, rafting & organic farms.

Silent Suite in the Cedars near Grand Mesa

Quiet, peaceful, open studio space, 20 minutes to Grand Mesa, surrounded by cedar trees. Fully functioning kitchen, and patio in the summers, free laundry. Clean, cozy and fresh new place. Coffee in the room with homemade baked goods upon arrival. We have a 5 acre property with a house and a detached shop. The studio is in the back of the shop and offers plenty of space and privacy. *We’re also happy to offer local guidance. *Private yoga available $50/hour indoor or outdoor. Message to book.

Yonder Mountain Retreat

A beautiful guesthouse on 5 acres a few miles north of the quaint town of Cedaredge. Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). To bring more than one pet, pre-approval & addt’l. fees apply. One external security camera by the kitchen door.

Violet Cottage at Zenzen Gardens

The Violet Cottage is cute and cozy, and is the original bunk house of the property. The cottage was remodeled in the spring of 2023 with new flooring, windows, doors & paint, and has been professionally designed & furnished by your host Cindie.  This cute bunkhouse has one comfy queen bed, nightstands, chair and table with coffee, tea, glasses and mugs. There is a heater, cooler & a fan. There are porta-johns on site for guests to use. Outdoor showers are located behind the cottage.

Hunters! Plenty of easy parking for your trailer and cars. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil Rocky Mountain getaway. Just 15 minutes from the Grand Mesa. Located on a very quiet cul de sac. Enjoy your own living room, kitchen with desk, dining room, bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with queen bed, the 2nd has 2 twin beds or bunk bed) and a beautiful deck (access from outside) to enjoy the sun rise or the shade of an evening. Enjoy the typical 242 days of sunshine!

The Peach House is a Tiny Home! Private parking, entrance and the entire tiny house is yours with a studio apartment vibe. Kitchenette (sink, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and microwave). Full bathroom with shower, double bed, TV and a comfy couch. Private outdoor patio, firepit and unobstructed view of Palisade vineyards, Mt. Garfield and Colorado sunsets. Tiny and set among the vines and peach orchards. Close to wineries, hiking, river activities and downtown Palisade.

Vineyard Cottage - Palisade, CO

Enjoy Palisade from this peaceful, perfect location in the Vinelands, just outside of the town of Palisade. Our one-bedroom, one-bath cottage has a private entrance, outdoor area, full kitchen, king-size bed, and living-dining area, complete with large TV, great WiFi and bright, sunny spaces. Bike to wineries, have coffee downtown, eat fresh peaches, and enjoy the beautiful vineyards and orchards. Just 40 minutes to Powderhorn Ski Area!

Sunshine Cottage

Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. Lots of coming and going on the farm so hopefully you like people and be prepared for a lot of activity. Looking forward to hosting you:)

Queen bed plus twin pullout bed in living room. Bathroom accessible from both bedroom & living room. We are LGBQ+ friendly.
