Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. We recently remodeled the kitchen, bathroom and 2 lower bedrooms.

Vast Lake Koshkonong Views from Pier, Deck, & Home

Our 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkongong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.

Situated on the south side of Lake Geneva, this modern cottage has all the amenities and privacy a hotel cannot offer. Down the street from the lake and Linn boat launch, a seven minute drive to the Lake Geneva Yacht Club, and minutes from Big Foot Beach and downtown Lake Geneva. Nestled on a country road, the house offers plenty of space to rest after visiting Lake Geneva, Lauderdale lakes, biking at Kettle Moraine or site seeing in the area. It’s close to Walworth County fair grounds where the flea market, Das Fest and Rib Fest are held. This is country living with plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoors or the peace and quiet of the countryside.
