The Meadow Snug

Trade the sounds of the city for the sounds of life on the farm. Our tiny cabin has all you need to get away for a few days in nature to recharge those batteries. Enjoy a comfortable seat on the covered porch as you relax and enjoy that morning cup of coffee or take a wander along some of the many public footpaths right from the cabin door. In the evening you can take a short walk through the field to our fire pit area to watch the sunset from beneath the huge oak tree. Guests can pitch a tent.

Nestled on the edge of Snowdonia National Park in a private field on our farm, Ty Pren is secluded & peaceful, in open countryside, yet only 10 minutes from historic Denbigh town & Llyn Brenig. We are pet friendly with enclosed decking and field for your sole use and we are fully wheelchair accessible with wet room and step free access.

We are around 15 minutes from Chester and 40 minutes from Snowdonia National Park. There are 3 great nature reserves within 5 minutes and Wrexham Football Club is 4 miles. Plenty of local pubs serving fantastic food in local villages. The comfortable sofa bed will be made up ready for your arrival. We welcome well behaved dogs, (we have a black Labrador)

Beautiful Llangollen is great for a break any time of year. Sit with a drink on the decking, or in front of the little log burner, and watch the sunset over the mountains, or the snow sweeping in along the valley. Take a glass of sparkly and have a bath under the stars.

Our wonderfully unique tiny home ‘Little Oak’ situated within an acre of woodland and on the edge of the Heswall Dales nature reserve, it really is a special place and the perfect place to explore our beautiful area with incredible walks on our doorstep. We’re an outdoorsy family of 5+3 rescue dogs and having lived in the cabin ourselves we can vouch that’s it’s as comfy and homely as it is quirky and cool. It has everything you need to retreat from the real world, whether it's for a cosy night in, in front of the log burner or a chance to sit and stargaze on the deck. There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.

The Loki Hut The loki hut is a rustic shepherds hut constructed by ourselves here at Graig escapes. Set in the vale of Clwyd in Denbighshire we are located relatively high up so you can enjoy the far reaching views all the way to Snowdonia. The hut is very private and suited to couples and folk who hope to relax and unwind surrounded by nature and animals. The outside bathtub is just stunning at night. We are located just 4 miles from Llandegla forest, 7 miles from Ruthin.

Less than 4 miles from Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks. if we are available we are happy to help look after your pets and give you lifts into Chester etc. Fully equipped cabin including bedding and towels. The cabin is situated in the grounds of our property so it is better suited to people who like to explore the local area and the Cheshire countryside.
