Πρόκειται για οικογενειακό ανεμόμυλο που έχει μετατραπεί σε κατοικία με πολύ μεράκι προσφέροντας στον επισκέπτη του όλες τις ανέσεις. Έχει μοναδική θέα. Βλέπει όλο το Αιγαίο πέλαγος, τις κορυφές του Πελιναίου όρους, αλλά και το Κάστρο της Βολισσού.
