Οι παραδοσιακές οικίες Olyra Traditional Cave Houses, βρίσκονται στην καρδιά του μεσαιωνικού οικισμού του Πύργου, μόλις μια ανάσα από το επιβλητικό Καστέλι (κάστρο). Τα σπίτια μας δημιουργήθηκαν στο χώρο που στεγαζόταν ο φούρνος του χωριού για δύο αιώνες, με σεβασμό και προσήλωση στην σαντορινιά αρχιτεκτονική.
