Το κτίριο απέχει μόλις 50 μέτρα από την παραλία, 15 λεπτά από το χωριό Σάμη με τα πόδια και 20 λεπτά μέχρι το διάσημο σπήλαιο του Μελισσάνι και πάλι με τα πόδια.
