There is a private little beach at the bottom of the hill that is pebble (warning it is a little bit of a hike). Home is equipped with a kitchen, living room, and dining room. Each bedroom has it's own on suite bathroom. A/C, and screens to keep everyone comfortable.

Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται ένα όμορφα διακοσμημένο σαλόνι με τουαλέτα που οδηγεί σε μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, με άμεση πρόσβαση στον κήπο, όπου και μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το γεύμα σας. Στον πρώτο όροφο υπάρχει ένα μπάνιο και δύο δωμάτια, το κάθε ένα έχει και το δικό του ξεχωριστό μπαλκόνι ένα εκ των οποίων με καταπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Υπάρχει εξωτερικό ντους, κιόσκι καθώς και ψησταριά. Το σπίτι ανήκει στο συγκρότημα Καλλίδενδρο.

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots by the house. We are pet friendly. Everything for dream vacation!

Nikiti is located on Chalkidiki in the municipal of Sithonia. From the airport Thessaloniki you need round about 1 hour with car to Nikiti. The main Road divides Nikiti into two parts. The origin part above of the road and the new part below of the road. The weekly market takes place every Friday on the parallel street to the main road. Here you can buy fresh fish, fruits and much more. Further shopping possibilities can be found along the Main Street, e.g. Masoutis.

Ο πέτρινος ξενώνας μας βρίσκεται σκαρφαλωμένος από το 1707 σε υψόμετρο 200 μέτρων, και απέχει μόλις 10 λεπτά με το αμάξι από την Χρυσή Αμμουδιά. Διαθέτει μεγάλη πέτρινη αυλή και κήπο με οπωροφόρα δέντρα και μπαλκόνι με θέα στο βουνό.
