Το αγόρασαν και το ανακαίνισαν την δεκαετία του ’60 χρησιμοποιώντας παραδοσιακά υλικά και τεχνικές και δουλεύοντας μαζί με ντόπιους παραδοσιακούς κτίστες και τεχνίτες. Από τότε είναι το αγαπημένο σπίτι διακοπών της οικογένειας και τώρα διατίθεται για ενοικίαση στα διαστήματα που δεν χρησιμοποιείται από τα μέλη της που ζουν στην Ελλάδα, την Βρετανία και την Ολλανδία.

Our house is situated 50 meters from the sea, were you will find greek tavernas with local specialities. Easy accesable for excursions(Hydra, Spetses, Portoxeli,Poros ect) for one day trips. The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children. Koko's summer house

A small but cozy summer house with garden located in a very quiet part of Nea Makri minutes away from the sea. The house has been for many years a family summer house and still is used in such a way for some weekends in the year. Some closets have been kept for personal items but the rest will be available for use. Sheets, towels, utensils etc are provided and you can always make use of the BBQ Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in.

Fistiki House - beautiful place, great location!

Fistiki House is in a fantastic location, just 5 minutes walk from some great tavernas, beaches, the main port and shops. Access to the house requires you to drive or walk 12 meters of a dirt road. There are two bedrooms - one large main bedroom and a smaller second bedroom.There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Perfect for one or two couples or a small family. There is a patio area to relax in the evening an outdoor shower.
