Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. It has plenty of room for kids to run and play outside, and a cozy, quaint inside for families to enjoy each other's company. Grandma’s House is available for extended stays November thru April. Blocks from downtown, this Main Street unit is perfect for a weekend with friends, a family vacation, or a couples getaway. We are proud new owners of this 1920 building, and take pride in remodeling it with a contemporary farmhouse feel. Guests are able to use the backyard for gatherings, yard games, ect. We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. Close to so much, but with a real connection to the pristine nature that the Black Hills are famous for.
