Recently reopened after two months undergoing major renovation! Previously had 110 very favorable reviews while with a different vacation rental company. The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! Everything has been thought of for your enjoyment, even FREE pinball! You need to bring nothing except your enthusiasm for having a relaxing, stress-free and amazing time!!!

This 2 bed /1 bath beach house features a large beachside deck for enjoying coffee and sunrises, watching the kids play or just kicking your feet up to relax. Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.
